Work-at-home Confusion

What is it and how to overcome it

“ I can’t focus!”….. “ I feel so tired”…“ What is wrong with me.”

“I have no mood to work!!!”

These were but the few words that crossed my mind in the past weeks as I am being confined in my new make-shift home office during this COVID season.

My friends know me as someone always energetic and full of life.

I am the kind that can jump out of bed at 5 am and just go to the nearest 24 hours Macdonalds just to vent off all the creativity and energy that flows my mind each day.

But now I feel like a walking…. no sitting zombie. It takes me forever to start work, and once I start, I feel like stopping. I am dragging myself to work each day.

I thought I was going MAD

But then I started to complain to my colleague EW who is someone equally as full of energy as me usually. He told me he was experiencing the same thing!!!

I then did some digging up and realized that I was not mad… I was having

WORK FROM HOME CONFUSION.
